This invention discloses a
plasma-activated silver
nanogel, its preparation method, and its application. The preparation method includes the following steps: S1, mixing silver nanoparticles with
agarose solution, heating and reacting, and then allowing it to stand until it becomes a gel; S2, immersing the gel obtained in S1 in
physiological saline; S3, subjecting the gel treated in S2 to
plasma treatment to obtain the
plasma-activated silver
nanogel. The method of this invention locks the
active particles in the gel before applying it to the
skin surface, avoiding direct or close-range contact between the
plasma generator and the
skin, thus preventing
skin burns and ensuring safety. Simultaneously, it synergistically enhances the effects of silver ions and ClO₂. ‑ It has a dual antibacterial mechanism, which relieves redness, swelling, and thickened scales, accelerates the resolution of
inflammation, regulates the immune response, and relieves symptoms of chronic inflammatory diseases (such as
psoriasis).
