The invention discloses a high-rise building winter construction method based on automatic heating maintenance of hot water coils. The constructed high-rise building is of a frame structure, and during construction of the constructed high-rise building, maintenance is performed by adopting an automatic hot water coil heating maintenance system, and the construction process comprises the following steps: 1, constructing a bearing structure of the bottom floor and floor slabs and performing automatic heating maintenance on the bearing structure and floor slabs; 2, constructing a bearing structure of the second floor and floor slabs and performing automatic heating maintenance on the bearing structure and floor slabs; 3, constructing a bearing structure of the third floor and floor slabs and performing automatic heating maintenance on the bearing structure and floor slabs; 4, constructing the last floor, namely constructing the bearing structure and floor slabs, removing an automatic floor heating maintenance device and performing automatic heating maintenance on the bearing structure and floor slabs; and 5, repeating the step 4 for several times until the construction process of all floors is completed. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in steps, reasonable in design, easy and convenient in construction and good in using effect, the high-rise building winter construction quality can be effectively guaranteed, and the winter construction efficiency is improved.
