The present application relates to the technical field of
bioinformatics, and particularly relates to a microbial classification integrated management method and device, a terminal and a storage medium, the method comprising: obtaining a
data source, and obtaining a wide-format classification framework based on the
data source; converting the wide-format classification framework into a long-format classification unit index, wherein the long-format classification unit index comprises an accepted name, a standardized name, a
synonym, a rank element and a complete phylogeny; and based on the long-format classification unit index, performing phylogeny query on a classification name of any rank element to obtain a complete phylogeny result matching the classification name. The present application converts the wide-format classification framework into a data asset that is computable, batch-retrievable and updatable through the long-format classification unit index, and then performs phylogeny query on any rank element, is suitable for batch and repeatable phylogeny query on a large number of classification units, and reduces the query cost.
