The exit lane subsystem comprises an exit computer, an automatic card collector, an exit camera, an exit vehicleposition sensor, an exit speech player, a mobile toll gateway, a code 
scanner and an exit gate controller, wherein the automatic card collector, the exit camera, the exit vehicle 
position sensor, theexit speech player, the mobile toll gateway, the code 
scanner and the exit gate controller are electrically connected with the exit computer. The toll data clearing center communicates wirelessly withthe exit computer, receives toll records and carries out clearing in real time. The 
system prevents fake plate vehicle from driving on a highway by collecting the face data of 
license plates. Throughautomatic pass card issuance and automatic toll accounting, the highway 
traffic efficiency is effectively improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
