System and method for encoding information in magnetic stripe format for use in radio frequency identification transactions

A transaction device system is associated with a transaction device proxy account identifier, which may be stored in a database on the transaction device system. The proxy transaction device identifier may be stored on the database in any conventional merchant recognizable format. Additionally, the proxy transaction device identifier may be associated with a transaction account identifier for use in completing a transaction. The proxy transaction device identifier may include at least a first portion which corresponds to a portion of the transaction device identifier. The first portion of the proxy transaction device identifier may be segmented into proxy fields where a first segment includes a portion of a transaction account data set, and a second segment has encoded therein an account provider desired information. The proxy account identifier segments are undetectable by receiving systems such that the proxy account identifier emulates a merchant recognizable data transfer format. The account provider system may receive the proxy account identifier and uses the first portion of the transaction device identifier in a predetermined algorithm to reassemble the transaction device identifier for use in transaction completion.

System for providing insurance associated with a lost-and-found service

A system for providing insurance associated with a lost-and-found service, according to which a person and/or item (the “insured”) is covered by an insurance policy that provides compensation in the event of at least one of loss, theft, damage, and/or destruction of an item, and in association with said insurance, also receives one or more services that facilitate the return of the item if it is lost or stolen. The insurance policy pays for the facilitation of the return of an item if it is lost by the insured and subsequently found and reported to a lost-and-found service provider. The insured pays the insurance provider a deductible for the return of the previously insured and/or lost item. Also, a lost-and-found service provider is reimbursed by the insurance provider when an item is lost in exchange for providing the services of identifying the insured using unique markings contained on a lost item owned by the insured, contacting the person associated with the item, contacting the insurance service provider (which may or may not be the same as the lost-and-found service provider), and/or facilitating the return of the lost item to the owner or insurance provider. Registering for an insurance policy also facilitates registering for the services of a lost-and-found service provider.

Injection nozzle

The present invention relates to an injection nozzle (1) for an internal combustion engine, in particular in a motor vehicle. A first nozzle needle (3) controls at least one first injection opening (5). A second nozzle needle (4) controls at least one second injection opening (6). A control chamber (32) is connected via a throttle line (35) to a pressure chamber (34) in which it is possible to adjust the injection pressure. A first control piston (41) cooperates with a first needle unit (17) that includes the first nozzle needle (3) and the first control surface (43) of this first control piston (41) can be acted on by the control pressure prevailing in the control chamber (32). In the closed position of the first nozzle needle (3), there is an axial play (44) between the first control piston (41) and the first needle unit (17). A second control piston (42) cooperates with a second needle unit (30) that includes the second nozzle needle (4) and can be acted on with the control pressure on a second control surface (45). In a closed position of the second nozzle needle (4), the second control piston (42) rests against the second nozzle needle (4) on the second needle unit (30). At middle to high pressures in the pressure chamber (34), both nozzle needles (3, 4) can close quickly. With a rapid pressure increase in the pressure chamber (34), the second nozzle needle (4) can open quickly and the two nozzle needles (3, 4) can close quickly. With a relatively low to middle speed pressure increase in the pressure chamber (34), the second nozzle needle (4) does not open or only opens at a higher pressure.
