After determination of the suspectedvehicle, the OBU generates a vehicle accident record containing the suspected vehicle identification code, thereby tracking the suspected vehicle and fixing the duty. Because of free of the limitationof the recording direction, the success rate of recording suspected vehicles is increased substantially and the user experience is improved.
