The invention belongs to the technical field of
textile engineering and provides a refining technology of silkworm oil rotten cocoons. The refining technology of the silkworm oil rotten cocoons is achieved through the following steps: primary refining cocoon boiling, biological decay, washing and
dewatering, immersion cleaning, washing and
dewatering, scouring and bleaching, washing and
dewatering, secondary refining, washing and dewatering,
softening,
drying and cotton opening. By means of the refining technology, the biological decay enables silk fibers of the oil rotten cocoons to be fully dissociated and then mutually adhered together, accordingly short fibers are not prone to be omitted during later cocoon opening process, needle rollers are convenient to be hung, and use ratio of the silk fibers is improved. By adopting reasonable proportioning of various auxiliaries during different procedures, such as boiling refining, decaying, scouring and bleaching, damage to the silk fibers from chemical auxiliaries is reduced to the largest extent, oil removing effect is improved,
