The method comprises the following steps of S1, performing pretreatment on a fetal heart rate curve; S2, recognizing and extracting a fetal heart rate baseline: (a) performing frequency analysis on the pretreated fetal heart rate curve, and selecting a reference line; (b) removing non-baseline fragments in the fetal heart rate curve, and performing interpolation repairing; (c) based on a statistics confidence interval, performing counting to obtain aninitial value B0 in a forward-backward filtering method; and (d) performing smoothing treatment on the fetal heart rate curve, and fitting the fetal heart rate baseline; S3, searching a fetal heart rate minimum value in the fetal heart rate curve, setting an iteration threshold, and recognizing the fetal heart rate deceleration zone in the fetal heart rate curve; S4, calculating out the area value of the fetal heart rate deceleration zone; and S5, setting an area threshold, comparing the area value of the fetal heart rate deceleration zone with the area threshold, and measuring and evaluatingthe foetus state. Through the adoption of the method disclosed by the invention, the border of the fetal heart rate deceleration zone can be accurately positioned, and the area of the fetal heart rate deceleration zone can be accurately calculated out to form a quantification standard for measuring the decelerating of the fetal heart rate, so that the method can be effectively applied to measuring and evaluating the foetus state.
