edge computing nodes, between the edge computing nodes and an autonomous decision-making module and when equipment executes instructions is guaranteed, synchronization of locomotive in-place and blanking starting is achieved, and linkage of actions of a material leveling
machine and blanking ending is achieved. According to the invention, the unmanned, high-
collaboration and low-
delay capabilities of loading operation can be improved, so that the requirement of a'heavy-to-heavy-to-heavy 'mode of railway collection and distribution transportation can be better met.
