Modular landscaper

A modular landscaper uses oversized wheels to generate torque for turning one or more of several interchangeable modular landscape maintenance attachments. The landscaper provides a handle configured in relationship to the landscaper frame to allow an adult to normally walk behind the landscaper while applying a forward force by pushing on the handle that results in the wheels of the landscaper rolling along a landscape maintenance surface and generating torque that is transferred through a drive train to the one or more attached landscaping maintenance attachments. A drive train uses the rotational energy of the wheels to increase the operator pushing force to operate the maintenance attachment. Interchangeable attachments facilitate using the landscaper for a wide variety of landscaping maintenance tasks.

Portable air-blowing working machine

A portable air-blowing working machine includes a prime mover and an air-blowing system. The air-blowing system incorporates first-stage and second-stage centrifugal air-blowing sections, which are rotatably driven by an output shaft of the prime mover and are interconnected by an air-blowing passage for delivering air discharged from the first-stage air-blowing section to the intake of the second-stage. In operation, external air is drawn into the first-stage air-blowing section, increased therein in velocity and pressure, and then continuously discharged via the air-blowing passage to the second-stage air-blowing section, where the air is further accelerated and compressed before being finally discharged to the atmosphere.

Multi-blower

The backpack Multi-Blower provides for the first time an apparatus that is unique in that one person manipulates two separate air discharge tubes in either different or unified positions simultaneously at debris. This multi-blower generates air from separate chambers inside the housing having their own discharge air outlet, thereby creating more combined volume as well as the ability to diversify how the air is directed, they're by blowing with greater ease, control, efficiency and effectiveness. Man-hours reduced significantly in that one person using the multi-blower removes the need for a second man to accompany with separate single port blower. Time saved in that one person coordinates two blower tubes, verses the old way of two people trying to think together in a fluid flow of movement as to effectively moving the debris together. These few listed benefits provide a blower apparatus that has improved drastically its function and use, which will save time, money and man-hours.

A portable, user shoulder supported spreader / blower unit includes an ergonomically configured housing which includes a section defining a storage bin for holding a quantity of salt or like chemical particulate material for spreading onto ground surfaces to prevent icing thereon in winter. A centrifugal distributor disk is located in a housing space section below the bin and, a bin discharge aperture aligns over a peripheral area of the distributor disk. A user controllable closure member selectively alters bin discharge aperture size and, hence, outflow quantity from the bin onto the distributor disk, the distributor disk rotating at high speed propelling particulate material out of the housing through a discharge nozzle thereon at a high speed. e.g., 60 m / sec when the unit is user in a spreader mode. To further enhance carry of the particulate material from the housing, a fan impeller mounted in the housing in the common space wherein the distributor disk operates, is rotated at high speed to produce air flow supplementing energy imparted to the particulate material. When the unit is used in a blower mode such as in a leaf collection operation, high pressure air from an outside source can be introduced into the unit so the airstream discharge from the unit is optimized to that required for leaf blowing.
