smart card key of a vehicle and a control method therefor. Particularly, the present invention comprises: a
printed circuit board having a plurality of
electric field components soldered therein, having a predetermined thickness, and having an emergency key
accommodation groove which is vertically
cut at one side and thus is vertically penetrated, and a battery
accommodation groove which is vertically
cut at the other side and thus is vertically penetrated; an emergency key access hole for allowing an emergency key to access the emergency key
accommodation groove; a main body part having formed therein a battery access hole for allowing a battery to access the battery accommodation groove and being injection molded so as to enclose the
printed circuit board in the state that the
printed circuit board is inserted in a
metal mold; an emergency key placing part which, before the main body part is injection molded, is moved in the direction of the emergency key accommodation groove, provided on any one of the upper portion and the lower portion of the printed circuit board, and is placed and fixed on the edge portion of the emergency key accommodation groove; and a terminal
assembly which, before the main body part is injection molded, is moved in the same direction as the emergency key placing part and is placed and fixed on the edge portion of the battery accommodation groove, thereby providing the
advantage of enhancing the convenience of
assembly and the durability of the product.
