tail frame type turning and positioning
machine for manual
welding and turning of turntable structural components. It includes a turntable
structural component, column structures, crossbeams, flexible clamps, a lifting platform, and a safety
rope device. The turntable
structural component has column structures at both ends, connected by a crossbeam. The flexible clamps are located on the crossbeams, and the safety
rope device is located on the main frame of the column structures, with the safety
rope device positioned between the column structures. This invention has a rated
load capacity ≥50t (workpiece only), can achieve 0~360° turning, and can be applied to turntable structural components of various crawler crane models with lengths exceeding 13 meters, widths exceeding 3.5 meters, and heights exceeding 3 meters. It solves the problem of turning and positioning during manual
welding of turntable structural components, avoiding the problems of numerous turning operations, low turning efficiency,
high skill requirements for workers, high labor intensity, and significant safety risks associated with existing technologies using overhead cranes for turning.
