The invention discloses a double-speed clutch, including a box and an oil level regulator, wherein the box includes sealed side walls and end covers installed at two ends of the side walls, the oil level regulator communicates with the interior of the box, and an input shaft, an output shaft, a basic planetary gear set, a high-gear planetary gear set, a low-gear planetary gear set, a friction pair and a gear shifting actuator. The double-speed clutch can be applied to hybrid power and blade electric vehicles, and the variable speed gear shifting function can be achieved by adopting the gear shifting actuator to control the friction pair to perform brake control on the high-gear planetary gear set or the low-gear planetary gear set. The double-speed clutch has the advantages of being capable of achieving unpowered and continuous shifting, quick in switching response, simple in control system, small in structure volume, high in reliability, capable of achieving multiple speed ratio clutch shifting, small in shifting energy consumption, high in transmission efficiency, tiny in neutral gear loss and low in cost.
