The invention discloses a base station based air pressure relative measurement method for calculating a precise elevation. The method uses a known elevation value and an air pressure measurement value of a wireless communication network base station and an air pressure measurement value of a point to be measured to calculate the elevation of the point to be measured. In particular, the base station of ground mobile communication network is installed with an air pressure measuring sensor as a relative measurement station. A base station transmission link is used to transfer the measured data to a user; the user terminal is provided with an air pressure sensor chip to measure air pressure value of the terminal, so as to facilitate calculation of a relative elevation of the terminal to an installation location of the base station air pressure sensor by utilizing the corresponding relationship between elevation and air pressure value. Similarly, if temperature values of the base station and the terminal are known, the two temperature measurement values can be used to correct the relationship between elevation and air pressure value to further improve conversion accuracy of elevation calculation. The elevation calculation value of the method of the invention can be substituted into various positioning measurement equations to further improve accuracy of three-dimensional positioning solution of the measurement equations.

The invention provides a novel vegetation shallow trench and a method for processing runoff rainwater by using the novel vegetation shallow trench. The novel vegetation shallow trench comprises a vegetation layer and a shallow trench, wherein the shallow trench comprises a shallow trench bottom (1) and a slope (2), and an infiltration/drainage pipe (3) is buried in the shallow trench bottom (1). When surface runoff rainwater (9) enters the shallow trench and flows along the slope, the runoff can be purified through retention, filtering of vegetation (7), absorption and permeation, a part of runoff rainwater accumulated at the shallow trench bottom (1) enters a filter material layer surrounding the infiltration/drainage pipe (3) through infiltration effect, and the filtered runoff rainwater is drained into a receiving water body or other processing facilities through the infiltration/drainage pipe (3). Since the infiltration/drainage pipe (3) is designed at the shallow trench bottom, the novel vegetation shallow trench is remarkably improved in transmission, filtering and infiltration capabilities, has the advantages of small floor space, compact structure and strong contaminant blockage capability, and thus is applicable to a rainwater runoff pollution control system for high-density areas of a city.

The invention provides a pump-driven two-phase circuit device for heat dissipation of a high heat flux electronic device. Heat is collected and transported by using an endothermic process in evaporation and an exothermic process in condensation during a circulation flow process of a working medium. An evaporator for the circuit device comprises micro-channels and fins. In an area of high heat flux, the micro-channels are used to dissipate heat and increase a heat transfer coefficient of a partial area, while in an area of low heat flux, the fins are used. Due to great area difference between the micro-channel area and the fin area in the evaporator, when the working medium in the micro-channels enters the fin area, volume quickly expands and temperature of the working medium reduces, so as to help heat dissipation of the device in the fin area. By using different structures and with little resources, heat dissipation problems of devices with different powers are solved. The pump-driven two-phase circuit device for heat dissipation of the high heat flux electronic device can adapt to heat dissipation of electronic devices with different heat flux densities and can satisfy working requirements of electronic devices with a heat flux density of 50 W/cm<2> or above.
