The invention discloses test paper for determining cobalt concentration and a determination method and relates to the technical fields of quality detection and environmental monitoring. A reagent loaded by the test paper is prepared from the following components in percent by mass: 0.5-5% of ETDA, 0.05-1% of sodium alkyl sulfate and 0.05-4% of murexide. A preparation method comprises the followingsteps: (1) preparing an ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution; 2) preparing a soaking liquid; 3) soaking filter paper or a filter paper strip sequentially in the soaking liquid, and drying the filter paper or the filter paper strip to obtain the test paper for determining cobalt concentration; and 4) inserting the test paper into a standard solution, and drawing a scaleplate for the determined cobalt concentration according to a linear relationship. The test method comprises the following steps: inserting the test paper into a to-be-tested solution to measure the color changing height ofthe test paper, and searching for corresponding cobalt concentration with reference to the scaleplate for cobalt test or to a parameter list. Concentration of the to-be-tested subject can be reflectedby measuring the length of the color changing belt with the scaleplate, so that defects of conventional test paper are overcome. Compared with the prior art, the test paper is higher in accuracy andthe relative standard deviation RSD is within 10%.

Preparation method and application of mesoporous silica material

According to the preparation method, soluble didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is used as a template agent, ethyl orthosilicate is used as a silicon source, and a composite product is obtained under an alkaline condition; and the composite product is subjected to filtering, washing, drying and calcining so as to obtain the mesoporous silicawith a controllable structure. The method is short in reaction time and aging time, small in template agent usage, simple and convenient in process, capable of saving energy and reducing consumptionand convenient for large-scale production and application.
