The invention provides a cold vacuum system which comprises a liquid ammonia gas-liquid separation tank, a screw compressor, an ammonia condenser, a liquid ammonia storage tank, a first cold condenser, a second cold condenser, a first steam jet vacuum pump, a second steam jet vacuum pump, a cooling water condenser, a liquid ring pump, a hot well and a deicing tank, wherein the liquid ammonia gas-liquid separation tank, screw compressor, ammonia condenser and liquid ammonia storage tank are connected sequentially; the first cold condenser and the second cold condenser are respectively connected with the liquid ammonia gas-liquid separation tank; the first steam jet vacuum pump, second steam jet vacuum pump, cooling water condenser and hot well are connected sequentially; the first steam jet vacuum pump is respectively connected with the first cold condenser and the second cold condenser; the liquid ring pump is connected with the cooling water condenser; and the deicing tank is respectively connected with the first cold condenser, second cold condenser and hot well. The invention can lower the steam consumption, reduce the discharge of carbon dioxide and sewage and effectively control the volatilization of irritative gas.
