The present invention provides a capsulorhexis apparatus for incising the anterior capsule covering a crystalline lens by being inserted into an incised portion of the cornea, the capsulorhexis apparatus comprising: an anterior capsule incision part which has a closed curve shape, is inserted into an incised portion of the incised cornea to thus circularly incise the anterior capsule positioned in the lower portion of the cornea, and generates heat by using high frequency vibration in order to incise the anterior capsule; a body part which is externally exposed when the anterior capsule incision part incises the anterior capsule while the anterior capsule incision part slidingly moves, and is internally inserted when the anterior capsule incision part does not incise the anterior capsule; and a button part which is formed in one surface of the body part and slidingly moves the anterior capsule incision part on the inside of the body part. Accordingly, the present invention can precisely circularly incise the front surface of the anterior capsule covering a crystalline lens, thus being capable of preventing revision surgery caused by surgery failure, and enabling surgery to be safe and easy.

An in-situ fenestration device according to the invention comprises a sheath tube, a catheter and a puncture part; the sheath tube is hollow and a first opening is formed in the side wall of the far end of the sheath tube; the catheter is arranged in the sheath tube in a penetrating manner and can move in the axial direction of the sheath tube; the far end of the catheter can extend out of the sheath tube through the first opening; the side wall of the far end of the catheter is provided with a breakover port; the puncture part is arranged in the catheter in a penetrating manner and can move in the axial direction of the catheter; the far end of the puncture part is in a pre-bent shape under a natural state; and when the far end of the puncture part reaches the position of the breakover port, the far end of the puncture part automatically bends and faces the breakover port. According to the in-situ fenestration device of the invention, it can be effectively guaranteed that the puncture part can smoothly pass through the breakover port for puncture, and the accuracy of the puncture position is guaranteed, so that the surgical failure caused by the fact that the puncture part cannot smoothly pass through the catheter or the puncture position deviates is reduced or avoided.
