The invention relates to a preparing method of a nanometer calcium hydroxide powder material for fixing ancient murals. The preparing method comprises the steps of firstly dissolving calcium chlorideinto water, and afterwards, adding dimethyl formamide; mixing a calcium chloride aqueous solution with a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to prepare nanometer calcium hydroxide. By means of the preparing method, heating is not needed, preparation is conducted at the normal temperature, and synthesized nanometer calcium hydroxide has high stability, and does not precipitate for 3 months in ethyl alcohol. The synthesis process is very simple, the time is saved, and it takes less than 1 h in the whole process. Besides, the method is low in synthesis cost, overcomes shortcomings of a current method of synthesizing nanometer calcium hydroxide, and has a very good industrial production prospect. As is shown by mural reinforcing experiments, the material is suitable for reinforcing the murals ofhumid burial chambers, and particularly well protects mural efflorescent and flaking of the murals. Compared with the prior art, the preparing process of the nanometer calcium hydroxide material is very simple, the time is saved, the preparation is controllable, and the cost is low. Besides, heating is not needed, preparation is conducted at the normal temperature, and energy consumption is low.

The invention also discloses a method for transferring the PVC plastic-absorbing and printing-transferring film to the surface of a plate material, which includes the following technique steps that: (1) glue is sprayed and coated on the surfaces of the medium-high density wood board or artificial slates; (2) the processed plate material in the step (1) and the PVC plastic-absorbing and printing-transferring film are put together into a plastic inhaling machine at the temperature ranging from 120 to 150 DEG C to conduct vacuum forming so that the bottom of the ink layer on the PVC plastic-absorbing and printing-transferring film can be tightly and closely attached to the surface of the plate material; (3) the PVC film layer at the top layer of the PVC plastic-absorbing and printing-transferring film in the step (2) is torn down so as to ensure the ink layer is transferred to the surface of the plate material from the PVC plastic-absorbing and printing-transferring film. The PVC plastic-absorbing and printing-transferring film has simple and reasonable structure and by adopting the method, the ink layer can be fixedly bonded on the plate material and can be hardly dropped off after being used for a long time, thus prolonging the service life of furniture or the plate material.

The method for manufacturing the lacquer pictures in batch can greatly reduce manufacture cost as well as accelerate manufacture speed of the lacquer pictures so as to increase market supply.

The calligraphy and painting color fixation material provided by the invention is good in weather resistance, convenient to use and excellent in color fixation property; data show that after 72 hours of hygrothermal aging, the color difference delta E of the calligraphy and painting color fixation material provided by the invention is 3.35, the pH value is reduced by 6.3%, the tensile strength (transverse) retention rate is 93.6%, the tensile strength (longitudinal) retention rate is 98.2%, the tearing strength (transverse) retention rate is 81.3%, the tearing strength (longitudinal) retention rate is 81.25%, the folding strength (transverse) is 60%, the folding strength (longitudinal) is 53.6%, the tensile retention rate of the calligraphy and painting color fixation material is 4.1% higher than that of a conventional glue vitriol water color fixation material, the folding strength retention rate is 13.4% higher, the tearing strength retention rate is 14.3% less, the color difference is relatively lightly changed, and the pH value reduction rate is remarkably lower than that of a control sample.

Due to the fact that the centers of the antique calligraphy and paintings are acid after being oxidized and corroded in air for a long time, acid accumulation occurs, original natures of center paper are changed, the folds are continuously produced, the deacidifying treatment is carried out on the centers, internal factors are solved from the perspective of the centers, heat reduction and silk material covering for strengthening are matched, the folds can be eliminated fundamentally, time is saved, and repair efficiency is high.
