Meanwhile, the whole test sample is an electrical conductor, so that the whole test sample is more beneficial for being observed for a long time by the scanning electron microscope without causing charge accumulation and the accurate of a measurement result can be ensured.

After being injected into the blood vessel or a blood vessel die, the casting agent can be completely solidified through a plurality of drying methods; and then a blood vessel cast is obtained after the corrosive removal of tissues and cleaning or after opening the blood vessel die. The blood vessel cast prepared from the casting agent has certain toughness and mechanical strength. The casting agent has good biocompatibility, easy molding, and easy percolation and dissolution, and is suitable for the study on the preparation of a hepatic tissue engineering support with a physiological shape blood vessel network.
