The molecular imprinting-absorbing extraction stirring rod prepared by the invention can selectively separate and enrich a trace amount of template molecules and analogues at the same time and is suitable for selectively separating, enriching and analyzing a trace amount of template molecules and analogues in complex samples in terms of organism, food and environment.

The invention provides a fast treating method of shallow soft foundation by solid and high-vacuum heaped preloading. The method comprises the following steps: (A) the surface of the soft soil is laid with a layer of striped fabric which is laid with a layer of vitex basketry; the vitex basketry is laid with a layer of geotextile which is inserted with a plastic draining board; the plastic draining board is externally left by a proper length and is provided with a horizontal draining facility; one end of the horizontal draining facility is connected with the externally left part of the draining board and the other end thereof is connected with vacuum-pumping equipment; a vacuum film is laid on the horizontal draining facility which is built with a small peripheral dyke and is provided with a water-stop film; (B) vacuum pumping is carried out, and the pumped water is injected into the peripheral dyke so as to form heaped water; and (C) after vacuum pumping is carried out for a period, settling condition is observed; if the settlement everyday is less than 2 to 5mm for continuous 3 to 7 days, the vacuum pumping is stopped. The method provided with invention is adopted to treat the soft soil foundation, thus being capable of achieving the purpose of treating the soft soil foundation fast and simply, also avoiding the use of heavy mechanical equipment and sand mats and reducing the construction cost.

The invention relates to a device utilizing a single longitudinal mode dual wavelength fibre laser to generate a microwave and a millimeter wave and a working method thereof. The device comprises a pump laser, a wavelength division multiplex optical coupler, an ultrashort linear cavity resonator, an optoisolator and a high-speed photodetector which are sequentially connected to form the device, wherein the ultrashort linear cavity resonator comprises a low reflectivity fiber grating, an active optical fibre and a high reflectivity fiber grating which are sequentially connected to form the device. The device uses the two fiber gratings as reflecting mirrors of the laser, and selects the active optical fibre with proper length as a gain medium for the laser, so as to form the ultrashort linear cavity resonator by combination; the frequency-selective property of the ultrashort linear cavity resonator and the wavelength-selective property of the fiber gratings are utilized for realizing the single longitudinal mode dual wavelength output of lasers; and the single longitudinal mode dual wavelength lasers are coupled into a high-speed photodetector, and microwave signals and millimeter wave signals are generated by frequency beating. The method has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, narrow microwave and millimeter wave signal bandwidth, low noise, etc.

For the winter protection of gardening shrubs such as highbush blueberries and the like and arbor young trees, the aluminum plating reflective membrane used as a winter protection material is made into a tubular bag with proper length; during end-autumn and early-winter, tubular bags are sleeved outside tree bodies of which branches are bound into fasciculation by nylon cords in advance, and then are tightly bounded and sealed; for the winter protection of shrub-like trees such as lowbush blueberries and the like, vine plants such as grape vines and the like, and nursery-grown plants, the aluminum plating reflective membranes are directly covered above the plants, the planted row and a seed bed with necessary winter protection, of which branches are bound in advance, and the aluminum plating reflective membranes are compacted around by soil; and for the prevention of frost crack of trunks of planting tree species, the aluminum plating reflective membrane covers 1 to 2m from the bottom of the trunk. The invention relates to a single-frequency dynamic cycle slip detection and restoration method based on position domain curve constraint, and the method comprises the steps: selecting a time window with a proper length, solving a kinetic model of a detected object in the time window through the positions of all epochs in the window, taking the obtained kinetic model as a constraint condition, andcombining the constraint condition and a three-difference observation equation of a current epoch for solving and obtaining a floating point cycle slip value; preferably, trying to fix a cycle slip solution through a LAMBDA method.
