A rigid crush resistant plastic tube having quickly removable end caps. A hypodermic needle contained in a sterile needle wrapper is placed inside the crush resistant tube so that a portion of the wrapper is folded over the outside distal end of the tube. The end cap is then secured over the folded wrapper portion on the distal end of the tube in a friction fit arrangement to secure the needle wrapper between the cap and tube. In this arrangement, when the end cap is removed, it pulls the needle wrapper out of the protective plastic tube to allow for rapid access and deployment. An object of the present invention is to provide an impact energy absorber which is easy to manufacture and low in cost and absorbs high impact energy. The impact energy absorber consists of an aggregate formed by lapping a kraft paper on the outside and inside of a metal sheet such as a hard aluminum foil, and is a flexible pipe having a circular cross-sectional shape and formed with concave and convex portions in a spiral form on the surface thereof. The outside diameter of the impact energy absorber is 20 to 50 mm, the pitch of the concave and convex portions is 1.4 to 2.0 mm, and the vertical width of the concave and convex portions is 2.3 to 3.2 mm. Energy is absorbed by plastic deformation in the radial direction of the energy absorber.

There is provided a sealing structure in a convertible type vehicle in which a roof 11 is opened by folding or removing the roof 11, wherein a weather strip 15 mounted to a header 12 comprises seal portions 18, 19, which seals a gap by making a resilient contact with the hood 11 when the hood 11 is in a closed position. A precision irrigator system and process comprises a reflector plate having a center and an outer perimeter. The reflector plate is composed of a malleable material that can be contoured by a user to compensate for irregularities in the land area to be irrigated. At least one attachment means is secured to the reflector plate. The attachment means is adapted to connect the reflector plate to an irrigator or sprinkler system that operates to provide water to terrain having the irregular areas. By contouring and adjusting the reflector plate, the user can accommodate changes in the vegetative area's lawn shape or irregular lawn portions. The reflector plate is readily adjusted by the user so that water from the sprinkler comes into intimate contact with the outer perimeter of the reflector plate, and is deflected onto the ground. Bending or otherwise adjusting the reflector plate brings varied amounts of water from the sprinkler into contact therewith, deflecting the water into the vegetative area. Water distribution from the sprinkler can be thereby correlated with the irregular shape of a vegetative area, conserving the water supplied, and assuring that irrigation proceeds economically in an accurate, reliable manner.

A device for cryoablating exposed tissue having a contoured contact surface includes a tube-shaped shaft and a flexible, thermally conductive enclosure that is attached to the distal end of the tube-shaped shaft. The enclosure is formed with a wall having an outer surface for contacting the target tissue and an inner surface which establishes and surrounds a cryochamber. A shapeable element is attached to the distal end of the shaft and extends into the cryochamber. The element can be permanently deformed into a pre-selected shape to cause a portion of the enclosure wall to conform to the contour of the target tissue. A high-pressure tube in the shaft passes a refrigerant through the shaft for expansion into the cryochamber. This expansion cools the wall of the enclosure, which in turn, extracts heat from the target tissue resulting in the cryoablation of the target tissue.
