barrel, a lens and a centering mechanism arranged on the lens
barrel, and comprises the following steps of: 1, the lens is limited in a
barrel cavity through a lens limiting cavity formed between two adjacent space rings; 2, the lens located in the lens limiting cavity is jacked through a flat head
jackscrew; and 3, dispensing is conducted on the glue injection hole through a needle tube. According to the invention, the centered and ground lens is used for replacing a centered and turned lens; the direct centering and
grinding lens has the advantages that firstly, the outer
diameter of the lens can be directly machined to the outer
diameter size matched with the lens barrel, and the fittolerance of the lens and the lens barrel during
assembly can be controlled; secondly, the contact surface of the lens and a space ring is directly ground to form a ring opening, and an air gap between the lenses is guaranteed; and thirdly, the lens is directly machined, a lens frame of the lens does not need to be produced and turned, the lens
machining period is shortened, and meanwhile the lensproduction cost is reduced.
