crankshaft of an engine, a pressure plate (6) disposed in thehousing part (3) and mounted movably in the direction of the rotary axis toward the pressure plate
assembly, comprising a further opposite friction surface for engaging the opposite friction surface with friction surfaces formed on a
clutch disc, a force storage (9) by means of which a press force is applied to the pressure plate, a wear adjustment device (10)acting in the force transfer path between the force storage and the pressure plate, wherein the wear adjustment device comprises at least one adjusting element (11) movable in an adjusting direction for adjusting wear, at least one play indicating arrangement (12) comprising a detecting element (13) provided on the pressure plate that contacts or can be brought into contact with a blocking element (14) supported by fixing relative tothe housing part or the opposite housing part when wear occurs, wherein an adjusting element (15) fixedly supported relative to the housing part is provided, by means of which the contact of the detecting element to the blocking element can be modified by impinging on the blocking element.
