This invention discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes: a substrate; multiple touch electrode blocks disposed on one side of the substrate, with each touch electrode block spaced apart and insulated from the others; a first touch trace, a second touch trace, and an auxiliary trace, all disposed on one side of the substrate, with the auxiliary trace electrically connected to the first and second touch traces respectively, and each second touch trace electrically connected to its corresponding touch electrode block; and a driving circuit, with one end of the first touch trace electrically connected to the driving circuit, and the second touch trace not electrically connected to the driving circuit. This allows the driving signal to be directly transmitted from the first touch trace to the second touch trace via the auxiliary trace, without needing to pass through the touch electrode blocks, effectively avoiding the impact of the high impedance of the touch electrode blocks on the driving signal transmission speed, and improving the touch performance of the display panel.
