The colored silicon dioxide nanometer microspheres colored SiNPs are prepared by taking active dye as a dyeing agent; in a system (the formula is as shown in the description), carboxyl is modified on the surface of the colored SiNPs through carboxyl ethyl silantriol sodium salt, and the carboxyl-modified colored SiNPs are obtained; an immune core-housing type silicon dioxide nanoparticles colored SiNPs-mAb1 are prepared by fixing a monoclonal marker antibody mAb1 of anti-mouse E.coli O157:H7 on the surface of the E.coli O157:H7; a detection line of an NC membrane is coated with an anti-mouse E.coliO157:H7 monoclonal capture antibody mAb2 and a quality control line is coated with goat anti-mouse IgG; and the generated compounds are dropwise added into a sampling hole of a test paper strip by a method for mixing a pathogenic bacterial sample and colored SiNPs-mAb1 in advance to form a sandwich structure between a T line and the Mb2 to realize rapid detection of the E.coli O157:H7. The methodprovided by the invention has high detection sensitivity and specificity, is simple and time-saving, is environment-friendly and economic in process, and has a great application prospect.
