This invention discloses a blockchain-based method and apparatus for managing agricultural product traceability data. A consortium blockchain architecture consisting of a management chain and a data chain is constructed. When a new node is added to a data chain, a request is sent to the corresponding management chain. Nodes in the management chain initiate consensus, and the access result is determined based on the consensus result. In response to external data access requests, permission matching is performed on the data access requests, and permissions are assigned to the data access requests based on the matching results. The data of the data chains that are allowed to be accessed by that permission is then displayed. The technical solution of this invention adopts a management chain plus data chain architecture, enabling the data chain to be included in the supervision and auditing of the management chain. This ensures the security of agricultural product quality traceability data while effectively achieving joint management and control by multiple departments. Through authentication and permission control strategies for data access, the user's permissions for data use can be accurately identified, improving data utilization efficiency while ensuring data security.
