distributed collaboration and lightweight module calling optimization algorithms are synchronously applied; an
information center and a
material storage center are constructed according to region division, the
information center integrates purchase applications and work order data of each
power station to formulate a purchase plan, and the plan accuracy is guaranteed based on a regional purchase demand dynamic analysis
algorithm; allocating the spare parts to a
power station and a storage center according to the types of the spare parts, the storage center supporting emergency allocation, and adopting a classified storage optimization
algorithm in a classified allocation link; the
power station generates a work order receiving
spare part through the
management system, and the process management applies a work order linkage receiving efficiency
algorithm; for emergency demands, the storage center carries out point-to-point allocation through special logistics, and an emergency spare part dynamic scheduling algorithm is adopted in the allocation process. Cost is reduced, efficiency is improved, and stable operation of power
station equipment is guaranteed.
