selection algorithm, the optimal material piling and taking scheme and area are obtained and pushed to an operator; full-automatic material taking is started, and the bucket wheel
machine automatically moves to a material piling and taking area to conduct material piling and taking operation; the lower execution and acquisition
system module returns single-time material taking data in real time and records a material taking track; the upper scheduling and
monitoring system module calculates
material volume change parameters of single rotation, establishes a new three-dimensional model of the coal
yard and updates the data of the coal
yard. The problems that a traditional bucket wheel
machine needs human intervention in material taking, the
automation degree is low, and the intelligence level is low are solved, the
energy consumption of the
system is reduced, and the
coal blending efficiency and the boiler
combustion stability are improved.
