The invention belongs to the technical field of visual-optic materials and relates to polarizing resin lens, and especially relates to a high-binding-force and anti-impact resin lens composition, which is composed of, by weight, 25-60 parts of isocyanate, 40-75 parts of polyol, 0.02-2 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent, 0-0.5 parts of an internal demolding agent, 0-0.005 parts of a toner, and 0.005-0.2 parts of a catalyst. The invention also discloses a method of producing a high-binding-force and anti-impact polarizing resin lens from the composition. The composition is composed of, according to the formula, the isocyanate, polyol, catalyst, ultraviolet absorbent, internal demolding agent and toner, wherein a polarizing film is formed from a single-layer or multi-layer polyvinyl alcohol-based composite film material. The polarizing resin lens supplies clear view, is good in safety, and has strong binding force between the film layer and the resin base material. The polarizing resin lens can adapt mounting demand on whole-series glasses frames, and also satisfies demands on safety, comfort and durability of glasses lens.
