The invention belongs to the technical field of
slurry detection, and particularly relates to a method for measuring indexes of
drill cast-in-place
pile slurry. The index measuring method comprises the following steps of a, measuring the
relative density of the cast-in-place
pile slurry, and specifically the measurement can be carried out through a slurry
relative density meter; b, measuring the
viscosity of the cast-in-place
pile slurry, and specifically injecting 700 ml of the slurry into a hollow inverted conical container, calculating the time of 700 ml of the slurry freely passing throughthe inverted conical container, and finally comparing the time so as to obtain the
viscosity of the measured slurry; and c, measuring the sand content (%) of the cast-in-place pile slurry, and specifically filling a measuring tube with a filter net in the middle with the slurry, also adding double-volume clear water and then carrying out shaking treatment, and then rotating the measuring tube by180 degrees so as to enable the measuring tube to be upside down, and finally observing a scale of
sediment sand at the lower end so as to read the percentage content of the sand. According to the method for measuring the indexes of
drill cast-in-place pile slurry, innovation and improvement are carried out on the basis of a traditional measuring method, so that the convenience of field measuringmethod is greatly improved, and the problem of complex operation in the traditional measuring method is avoided.
