The invention discloses a low-toxicity cotton sterilization agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 to 4 parts of dursban, 10 to 25 parts of salvia prionitis, 15 to 20 parts of patrinia, 5 to 10 parts of tetramethrin, 2 to 8 parts of stearic acid, 1 to 5 parts of diafenthiuron, 2 to 8 parts of dispersing agents and 300 to 500 parts of water.
