This invention relates to the field of
wastewater treatment technology, specifically disclosing a photoanode material, a photoanode, its preparation method, and its application in
wastewater treatment. The photoanode material comprises an FeSe2 array layer and a Bi2O2WO4 layer supported on the FeSe2 array layer. FeSe2 has a
narrow band gap, good light absorption performance, and photogenerated
charge separation capability, which can sensitize other semiconductors with wider band gaps to form heterojunctions, promoting the improvement of
photocurrent density and
electron quantum yield, and enhancing the
photoelectric conversion efficiency of the catalytic material. Bi2O2WO4 is composed of [Bi2O2]. 2+
Layers and [WO4] 2‑ The vertically alternating
layers facilitate the separation of photogenerated electrons and holes, thereby enhancing the
catalytic oxidation activity of the
electrode. The combination of Bi₂O₂WO₄ and FeSe₂ improves their respective solar photoresponse capabilities and photoelectrocatalytic performance, offering significant advantages in
environmental engineering.
