The invention relates to a solar tracker for photovoltaic panels, having a system for orienting same along two perpendicular axes and including a supporting platform provided with motorised wheels and at least two solar panel holders. The solar tracker platform comprises straight lattice griders having suitable dimensions for conventional transport, a central shaft which receives the horizontal stresses and horizontal bracing elements which prevent horizontal deformations and render the assembly vertically flexible. An adjustable length jacking column for supporting a cutting or drilling tool between spaced apart surfaces is disclosed. A speed drive serves to quickly adjust the column sections to an intermediate position closely corresponding to the distance between the spaced apart surfaces. A selectively engageable screw drive is configured to shift the column sections from the intermediate position to a secured position, in which the column length corresponds to fixed securement between the surfaces. Bolting operation about an axis is completed faster, cheaper and with little or no risk of operator injury.

An expansion anchor includes a screw body, an expansion unit and a plug. The screw body has a threaded part, a header and a connecting part which connects to one end of the expansion unit. The expansion unit is shaped in a ring-like sleeve and has multiple gutters along axis direction at the other end of the unit which allows a cambered surface being formed between two adjacent gutters, where the number of cambered surfaces equals to the number of gutters. In addition, a conical plug is used to fit into the guttered end of expansion unit. The fact that screw body is separated from the plug shortens the time needed for installation and increases the degree of tightness. It achieves quick installation and firm positioning purpose.

Features for alignment, for providing structural strength as well as reliable, strong, yet accommodating interlinkage of PV modules are disclosed. The use of polymeric or fiber reinforced polymeric frames and mounting structures eliminates the need for grounding. A bag is disclosed for covering an endless track or chain of a tracked heavy equipment vehicle during transport. The bag includes an outer segment for covering an outer portion of the track extends laterally beyond side edges of the trailer flatbed. Forward and rearward lobes of the bag, respectively engage and cover forward and rearward ends of the track. An inner bag segment engages and covers the track between the side edges of the flatbed trailer supporting the tracked vehicle. A recess in an inside segment of the bag accommodates a track and allows the track to directly engage the supportive trailer. Tensioning straps and cords are used to further secure the bag to the track.
