The present forwardly-folding implement includes a telescoping tongue assembly, a main frame, a folding frame assembly, a rear frame assembly, left and right wing frame assemblies, and a readily replaceable toolbar assembly. The folding frame assembly is pivotally attached to the tongue assembly and to the left and right wing frame assemblies. The wing frame assemblies pivot vertically and horizontally from the rear frame assembly and optionally include powered wheel mechanisms or assist assemblies, which hydraulically pivot components of the instant implement between transport and operational configurations. When the present implement is being configured for transport, the tongue assembly is extended as the folding frame assembly and left and right wing frame assemblies are folded generally transversely to the rear frame assembly. Then, the wheel mechanisms are pivoted upwardly so that outboard portions of the wing frame assemblies are totally supported by the folding frame assembly.

Single use sterile slit impact sampling cassette with rotatable capture tray

A single use sterile slit impact sampling cassette with rotatable capture tray for recovering particulate matter from ambient air, having a lid with a slit shaped air inlet, dish with an air outlet, and capture tray. The dish and lid assemble to form a sealed sample chamber, which houses the capture tray. The assembled cassette is sterile packaged with its inlet and outlet covered before use. The cassette is placed on a base for operation, which supplies the required vacuum for sampling, and rotational means for the capture tray. Air drawn into the air inlet is accelerated to a velocity that ensures impingement, or entrainment of particulate matter from the sampled air volume onto, or within the capture media. The sampled air volume is evacuated from the sample chamber through an air outlet. The cassette is then removed from the operative base, and then may be analyzed for the target contaminants.

Method and apparatus for lock out-tag out of sprinkler heads

A lockout device and method of operation for enclosing, protecting and inhibiting a heat-activated fire extinguisher sprinkler head in a workplace during construction and maintenance therein. The device has two hinged semi-cylindrical clamping elements which clamp on to the end of a sprinkler supply pipe without tools, and has two hinged shell portions defining a cavity for protectively enclosing the said sprinkler head. Captive bolts and thumbscrews provide hand operated securing means to hold the clamping means and shell portions together, and a padlock provides locking means to prevent unauthorized removal of the device. Visible indicia means are provided for informing persons in said workplace of the presence and purpose of the sprinkler head lockout devices. The method of use includes providing a highly visible lockout device for each sprinkler head in the workplace, locking and tagging each device with information including the purpose of the lockout, the persons responsible for the lockout, and the time when the sprinkler heads will be returned to normal operation. Alternate embodiments of the device permit actuation of the sprinkler heads while the device is in place by means of openings in the shell portions, or by constructing the shell portions of meltable material, which in either case will allow the entry of combustion products if the workplace fire is sufficiently intense.

Clip on Reel Tine

A plastic tine for mounting on a support tube of a harvester reel has a generally C-shaped mounting base that snaps onto the backside of the tube and an elongated finger that projects outwardly and normally downwardly from the mounting base. A generally C-shaped clip, oriented reversely to the mounting base, partially surrounds the front side of the support tube and is connected to one leg of the mounting base in such a manner that a free end of the clip can be swung toward and away from a corresponding opposite leg of the mounting base. Interlocking structure on the free end of the clip and corresponding distal end of the mounting base retains the clip in place against the front side of the support tube when the clip is fully installed. A special guard protectively overlies the free end of the mounting clip when it is locked to the mounting base so as to prevent accidental dislodgment by crop materials and residue during field operations. Provision is made for attachment of the tine to the tube by a threaded fastener in case the clip is dislodged or unavailable in the field. Alternative embodiments include an integral one-piece construction wherein the clip is integral with the rest of the tine and a separate two-part construction wherein the clip is a separate piece attachable to the rest of the tine.
