Compared with the prior art, the winter water pipe-antifreezing solar water heater has the beneficial effects that the evaporation section of the hot pipe absorbs indoor heat and supplies heat to low-temperature inlet water of the cold water inlet pipe and cooled low-temperature water staying in a water pipe for a long time, water temperature in the cold water inlet pipe and the water pipe is increased, the water pipe is prevented from freezing, outlet water temperature of the hot water supply pipe can be moderately increased as well, cold water discharge is reduced, other energy does not need to be consumed, and double effects of low temperature freezing prevention and energy conservation are achieved.
