state structure regulation and control method which is characterized in that a gas-
solid mixture of
acetylene and
carbon black seed crystals is used as a
raw material, and the method comprises the following steps: step 1, heating the
raw material to a preset temperature to pre-activate
acetylene; 2, dividing an acetylene
cracking reaction area into a
nucleation area, a cross-linking area and a shaping area, setting different temperatures in the three areas, and enabling acetylene to sequentially flow through the
nucleation area, the cross-linking area and the shaping area for reaction to generate acetylene
carbon black; and 3, quantitatively conveying a
cooling medium to cool the acetylene carbon black, so that the
cooling rate of the acetylene carbon black is stable. The invention discloses a reaction
tower for preparing a high-
conductivity acetylene carbon black aggregation structure. The reaction
tower comprises a mixing section, a preheating section, a
nucleation section, a crosslinking section, a shaping section and a cooling section from top to bottom, a heat
insulation layer is arranged between every two adjacent sections of the nucleating section, the cross-linking section, the shaping section and the cooling section.
