The system comprises a single chip microcomputer module, and a Bluetooth module, anNB-IoT module and a power module separately connected with the single chip microcomputer, wherein the power module is an independent battery and each hardware module is powered by the power module. The system and the method provided by the invention adopt NB-IoT wireless data transmission of an operator, and support China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom networks, without using gateway andrepeater and without deploying a power source and a router, so that the large-scale deployment difficulty is reduced, and the smooth upgrade of the system can be achieved; compared with the traditional technology, the NB-IoT single connection module has relatively lower enterprise cost, and has the advantages of large connection quantity, good signal coverage quality and more stable wireless transmission, and is beneficial to large scale product popularization; the NB-IoT wireless communication technology has the characteristic of low terminal power consumption, and long use of the terminal can be ensured by only needing to be powered by the battery.
