ion wind module. The ionic wind module at least comprises a
discharge structure and an
alternating current power supply, the
discharge structure at least comprises a first
electrode, a second
electrode and a
dielectric layer, at least part of the first
electrode is exposed in the external environment, and at least part of the second electrode is embedded into the
dielectric layer to form an electrode module; one of the first electrode and the second electrode is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the
alternating current power supply, the other electrode is electrically connected with the negative electrode of the
alternating current power supply, ionic wind can be generated between the first electrode and the second electrode, the
heating element is cooled through the ionic wind, and compared with
natural convection cooling, the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation device on the
heating element is improved; compared with fan cooling and
ion wind cooling,
noise generated during operation of the heat dissipation device is reduced, the working stability of the heat dissipation device is improved, the maintenance frequency of the heat dissipation device is reduced, the maintenance period is shortened, and the maintenance cost of the heat dissipation device is reduced.
