5 results about "Colour blind" patented technology

Nov. 17, 2018. Color blindness occurs when you are unable to see colors in a normal way. It is also known as color deficiency. Color blindness often happens when someone cannot distinguish between certain colors. This usually happens between greens and reds, and occasionally blues.

Augmented reality-based color blindness personalized interactive evaluation method and system

The invention relates to the technical field of color blindness diagnosis, and particularly provides a color blindness personalized interactive evaluation method and system based on augmented reality, and the method comprises the steps: building a color mapping relation between a physical color card and an augmented reality environment based on a standard illumination condition; generating a hue test task composed of a plurality of virtual color blocks corresponding to the color mapping relation through the augmented reality environment; based on a natural interaction mode, assisting the user in sorting the virtual color blocks and recording a sorting result to obtain color vision defect features; local or cloud quantitative analysis is carried out on the color vision defect features, color vision quantitative error parameters are calculated, a user color vision perception model is constructed, and the color vision defect type and severity level of the user are output based on the user color vision perception model; and outputting a color vision evaluation report and generating a targeted color optimization scheme according to the user color vision perception model, the color vision defect type and the severity level. According to the invention, a full-process solution from accurate evaluation to personalized color adaptation is provided for color blindness users.

Color blindness auxiliary identification method and device, head-mounted display device, and storage medium

The application discloses a color blindness auxiliary identification method and device, equipment and storage medium, relates to the technical field of head-mounted display equipment, and the method is applied to the head-mounted display equipment, and the head-mounted display equipment comprises an inside camera, an outside camera and an imaging module. The method comprises the following steps: determining the color blindness auxiliary type of the head-mounted display equipment, wherein the color blindness auxiliary type corresponds to at least one obstacle color; identifying the fixation point of a target user through the inside camera, and acquiring a scene image through the outside camera; identifying the target object corresponding to the fixation point in the scene image; if the target object exists and belongs to the obstacle color, the target color corresponding prompt information is displayed in the imaging module. The application identifies the target object at the fixation point of the user, and specifically prompts the color of the object observed by the user, avoids the influence on the whole visual picture, avoids the influence of the environment on the color correction, and thus the robustness of the color auxiliary identification is improved.

SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING A COLORBLINDFOLDED USER IN A VEHICLE AND A METHOD FOR THIS

A system (100) for assisting a colorblind user in a vehicle is disclosed. The system (100) comprises one or more display modules (102) configured within the vehicle, which includes one or more display screens (104) capable of displaying visual elements. A data processing module (106) is configured to receive input commands from one or more users via at least one input mode in order to create one or more user profiles relating to the users. The created user profiles include at least one type of colorblindness from which the respective user suffers.Furthermore, the visual elements of the display screens (104) are dynamically adjusted when a user selects one of the user profiles by changing the colors of the visual elements based on the type of color blindness in the selected user profile, thus improving the visibility of the visual elements for the color-blind user.

Systems and methods for stereoscopic chromatic wavelength

PCT designated stageWO2026090753A1GogglesIntraocular lensOphthalmologyBlindness
Systems and methods for stereoscopic chromatic system wavelength contrasting are provided. A system comprises two filters, for filtering different wavelengths in each eye to reduce metamerism caused by color-blindness without introducing new metamers. The system may be implemented as a pair of glasses which may also be corrective, as contact lenses which may also be corrective, as ocular implants or in a virtual- or augmented- reality system. Additionally, a surgical procedure is contemplated, wherein a semi-transparent hologram is implanted in the eye to filter the colors in the eye's visual field. A method for stereoscopic chromatic wavelength contrasting is described. Over time, the method may be used to reduce metamerism without introducing new metamers. The method may further be used to assess perception of color using the systems described herein.
