The invention provides an intelligent electronic label system which uses a highly integrated and low cost wireless micropower single chip transceiver to manufacture an intelligent label and a reader-writer respectively. The intelligent label is in a dormant state for a long time and works for an instant after a periodical revival, the reader-writer seizes the instant after the intelligent label is revived to establish a communication contact with the intelligent label through different modes, thereby realizing control management of a system to the intelligent label and other terminal devices connected with the intelligent label with very low average power consumption. The invention also makes that a common button cell battery is not necessary to replace for a plurality of years through flexible regulations to the dormant cycle of the intelligent label, an operating channel, an operation mode, etc. Meanwhile, the invention also greatly accelerates response speed of the intelligent label. The intelligent electronic label system has a simple structure, a long reading and writing distance, low cost, and flexible and convenient use; therefore, intelligent electronic label system can be used as a wireless electronic vehicle license plate, an identification card, etc., and can be used for control management to vehicles, staffs, materials and other remote terminal equipment.
