Preferably, fertilizer ingredients are applied in amounts such that a growth medium at the step (B) contains 10-15 me / L of nitrogen, 1-4 me / L of phosphorus and 2-6 me / L of potassium, and a growth medium at the step (A) contains 15-20 me / L of nitrogen, 3-6 me / L of phosphorus and 6-9 me / L of potassium.

The invention discloses a method and a device for collecting infectious pest feeding induced seedling-stage soybean plant volatile matters. The method comprises the following steps: wrapping a plastic pot of a seedling-stage soybean plant sample to be tested with aluminum-foil paper so as to eliminate influence of a mixture of coconut soil and turf and volatile matters released from the root of a soybean plant; covering plants to be tested by using a cylindrical glass cover, and covering the upper opening of the glass cover by using sterile clean stainless steel piece; inserting an extraction head of a solid-phase micro extractor into the glass cover through a round hole in the stainless steel piece, continuously enriching the volatile matters for 30 minutes, and taking out the extraction head; performing thermo-analysis for 2 minutes at 230 DEG C, and performing gas chromatography-mass spectra (GC / MS) combined analysis. The device comprises the planting pot, the cylindrical glass cover, a stainless steel thin ring, the aluminum-foil paper, the solid-phase micro extractor, the plant and a base stock medium for cultivating the plant. By adopting the method and the device, the seedling-stage soybean plant volatile matters can be accurately detected, and the volatile matters which are accurately released from the plant can be accurately tested.
