An automated sorting system provides the ability to receive specimens for any number of diagnostic test procedures and to selectively transfer specimens to designated ones of a plurality of specimen processors based upon criteria of the laboratory facility such as the particular laboratory to perform the requisite diagnostic test, timing aspects like a lab's hours of operation or delivery schedule, type of specimen (e.g. tissue, blood, serum, and the like) or other factor that may affect specimen throughput efficiency. Automated accessioning comprises the determination of physical attributes of specimens using a specimen processor while reading data provided with a specimen as it is provided to the specimen processor (such data provided by the carrier and/or the vial by codes, ID tags, and the like), recording the determined information in a database of a control system, and comparing the determined information with information from a client diagnostic test order from a same or different database for connecting the specimen and an associated electronic record. Preferably also, the accessioning includes a labeling of the specimen after the connection with an electronic record for associating the specimen and record through the specimen diagnostic test procedure and reporting back to the client.

In the work process, a motive power source output shaft realizes the intermittent transmission of two incomplete gear control systems, so the functions of meat cutting, stick separating, meat shashlik forming and the like are controlled, and the accurate matching and the cyclic work are reached in the time aspect. The pollution risk evaluation method comprises the steps of acquiring an underground water inherent vulnerability evaluation result and a pollution source damage grade at an area with the underground water type drinking water source region; combining the underground water inherent vulnerability of the area with the pollution source damage grade, and performing preliminary evaluation on an area pollution risk; combining underground water dynamic change information with an exploitation condition on a preliminary evaluation result, thereby obtaining a water resource region pollution risk evaluation on the exploitation condition; based on the water resource region pollution risk evaluation result on the exploitation condition, combining underground water value information for performing secondary evaluation on the area pollution risk; and performing migration simulation on characteristic pollutants on the exploitation condition of the water source region based on the secondary evaluation result, thereby finishing pollution risk evaluation on the underground water type drinking water source region. The pollution risk evaluation method is suitable for the technical field of environmental science and environment risk.

The present invention relates to a measuring arrangement for measuring rods and/or rod sections manufactured and conveyed in rod-making machines in the tobacco-producing industry. The measuring arrangement comprises a measuring head which possesses at least two measuring module having different functions and a controlling and processing mechanism comprising a beat generator. The beat generator is used to control the measuring modules at the aspect of time, and utilizes time identifications to indicate the corresponding measurement data generated by the measuring modules to be as the indicated measurement data at the aspect of time. The controlling and processing mechanism is connected with evaluation mechanisms which are distributed separately in space and each comprises an assignment unit and an analysis unit via at least one first data interface used for transmitting the measurement data. The assignment units are used to assign the measurement data transmitted via the first data interface of the measuring modules having different measurement functions based on time identifications at the time aspect, and the analysis units are used to analyze the measurement data assigned at the time aspect. A corresponding measurement method and a rod maker possessing the measuring device of the invention are also provided.
