A moisture resistant poultry box having a composite structure with a fluted paper medium, a top backing board assembly secured to one side of the fluted medium and a bottom backing board assembly secured to the other side of the fluted medium. The backing board assemblies and the fluted medium are impregnated with a hydrogenated triglyceride, and each backing board assembly has PET film glued thereto covering an outside surface to provide moisture resistant recyclable poultry box so that it has a Cobb value ranging between about 0 to about 1.

A reusable shopping bag and cart system for improved checkout and bagging procedures. The reusable shopping bags have elongate carrying handles at the upper end of opposed end wall panels for carrying them in the manner of a conventional “tote” type shopping bag, and include sleeves or loops on opposed side wall panels that allow them to be slipped over and suspended in a full open condition from the arms of conventional “T-shirt bag” holding racks and also over bag support members of specially designed shopping carts. The bags may also have shorter support handles at the upper end of the side wall panels for supporting them on the shopping carts. A reusable pizza container configured to enclose a hot pizza for temporary storage or transport and to prevent moisture from entering into the top, bottom or side surfaces of the pizza. The container has a lid, a removable Vapor Transport Mechanism, and a bottom. The lid facilitates convection heat flow and the flow of moisture along the interior sides of the lid. Raised radial ribs enable the lids to be stacked. The raised radial ribs in the lid have perforations to allow hot vapor to escape and minimize moisture within the enclosed area. The lid nests securely into the bottom to prevent dislodging of moisture during transport. The removable Vapor Transport Mechanism (VTM), a micromesh membrane that fits within the lid, allows vapor to pass upwards through the membrane but prevents moisture from dripping downwards onto the upper pizza surface. The bottom has an interior moat that collects the moisture that flows along the interior sides of the lid to prevent it from entering the sides of the pizza thereby preventing moisture from entering the bottom surface of the pizza. The bottom has raised circular domes to elevate the pizza above the surface and to prevent moisture from entering the bottom surface of the pizza.

An e-liquid dispenser. The e-liquid dispenser may contain and dispense e-liquids for use in e-cigarettes and comprise a hinged container having a bottom housing and a pivotally-attached lid, and a removable e-bottle used to hold and dispense the e-liquid. The e-bottle may be child resistant and may comprise a raised portion on a wall of the e-bottle, wherein the raised portion may match an opening in a wall of the bottom housing such that when the e-bottle is inserted into the bottom housing, it is securely held in the bottom housing. E-liquid is expelled from the e-bottle by a user pressing on the raised portion. The e-bottle may be removed by depressing the raised portion and pushing the e-bottle out of the bottom housing. The removable e-bottle may also include a spout that allows the e-bottle to be refilled so that the e-bottle is reusable.

A reusable shopping bag holder and system and method of using a reusable shopping bag holder and system is disclosed herein. The system includes a primary bag and a plurality of flexible secondary bags. The primary bag includes a plurality of compartments formed by dividers or pockets. The compartments store the secondary bags such that the secondary bags can be removed from the primary bag as necessary to store and carry shopping items. The primary bag itself may also be used to carry shopping items.

An inflatable, reusable cargo containing and protecting device suitable for use in shipping, which is inflatable by compressed air. A plurality of air chambers forms the exterior frame of the container, while high strength webbing forms the interior. The air chambers may comprise neoprene, PVC, HYPALON®, or other similar material that is formable, pliable, foldable, abrasion resistant, and which can be used to form airtight structures. A high strength, foldable, pliable material in a webbed or solid format forms the interior. The non-rigid material may comprise ballistic nylon, PVC or other suitable material and may be stitched, epoxied, chemically welded, or otherwise attached to the air chambers. A user may store a large number of the devices in a deflated and folded state, requiring only minimal space. When required, the devices are inflated, packed and shipped. At the receiving end, the devices may be deflated and folded for storage or return, either way taking advantage of the low weight and small volume required.

A reusable cable tie comprises an elongated strap, made of semi-rigid plastic material, and a buckle, made of rigid plastic material, for interlocking with the elongated strap. A reusable handle apparatus for use with at least one bag having at least one flexible handle. The reusable apparatus comprises an elongated substantially hollow first member formed of a substantially rigid material, such first member having a generally U shape. Such first member for receiving therein at least one handle portion of such at least one bag. A second member is engageable with and covers at least a portion of an outer surface of the first member. The second member formed of a substantially soft elastomeric material having an outer surface engageable with at least a portion of the hand of a person carrying such at least one bag.

A reusable and refoldable bag includes an integral locking mechanism that enables the bag to stay closed in a compact folded position (the folded position is about one-sixth to one-ninth of the original bag size compared to the bag when it is open and laid flat) when not in use and is easily opened when needed to carry contents. The integral locking mechanism includes a covering feature with a protected adhesive element and a flap with a mating adhesive element. In the folded position, the flap's adhesive element is placed under the covering feature and securely interlocks with the protected adhesive element. The locking mechanism can be disengaged and re-engaged for multiple reuses. The flap couples to a first side of the bag and extends outward from the bag. The covering feature couples to the first face adjacent to a top portion of the bag.

A repulpable and recyclable case ready food tray is disclosed for carrying various food items, such as meat, poultry and produce that is typically used for retail display. The food tray is formed from paperboard made from natural wood fiber that is coated to provide a waterproof food cavity for preventing leakage of liquid from the food item and a moisture proof exterior support surface which allows excess liquid to be released from the food tray during the manufacturing process while providing a moisture proof surface to prevent wicking of liquid into the food tray if the tray is placed on a wet surface.

In an embodiment according to the invention, a reusable shipping container for shipping an item includes an outer clamshell carton and first and second convex pillows. The outer clamshell carton has first and second receptacles foldable toward each other along a hinge. The first convex pillow is foldable in and out of the first receptacle, and the second convex pillow is foldable in and out of the second receptacle. The first and second convex pillows face each other when they are folded into the respective first and second receptacles and the outer clamshell carton is closed. The first and second convex pillows are resilient to deflect into a concave shape with the item between them. The outer clamshell carton, the hinge, and the first and second convex pillows are integrally molded from one material.

An article of manufacture and process for manufacturing a reusable stackable resilient container formed from lightweight materials and coated with a polyurea coating to provide structural support. An article of manufacture may be formed in the various dimensions and shape to enclose items and objects that are delicate and of high-value for shipping. The reusable stackable resilient container has advantages of a long service life, less weight, a lower cost of production, impact-resistant, impervious to environmental factors and other improved characteristics.

A reusable bottle cap having identification means coupled to a novel bottle cap cover is disclosed and described herein. In a specific embodiment, the bottle cap has a stem having a series of successive U-shaped grooves or ridges. A slight taper in the stein provides that bottles of varying diameters can be accommodated by a single design. Further, the design is made from pliable polyethylene or polyurethane material to form an effective seal to the mouth of bottles of varying diameter. In a preferred embodiment, the novel bottle cap cover is generally bell (or alternatively barrel or conical) shaped and has a crown, a mid-portion, and a mouth portion. The mouth portion further has a lip wherein an inner recessed groove is machined around a circumference thereof. Additionally, the bottle cap comprises a flanged ring portion having a complementary lip to mate with the groove of the bottle cap cover. In an alternative embodiment, a marker provides identification; and the marker is coupled to the flanged ring portion via a living hinge. Other arrangements and features are additionally disclosed herein.

A single serving brewing cartridge adapter fits into known single serving horizontal coffee makers and allows use of a common single serving cartridge made for a vertical coffee maker. The cartridge adapter includes a fixed extraction needle in the base of cartridge adapter and defines walls rising from the base to guide a cartridge into position. The extraction needle pierces a single use cartridge to release brewed beverage into the cartridge adapter. An injection needle in the horizontal coffee maker lid punctures a foil cover of single use cartridges and passes through a permanent opening in a lid of the cartridge adapter and an extraction needle in the horizontal coffee maker cooperates with the cartridge adapter to carry brewed drink from the cartridge adapter. Reusable cartridges including permanent openings to receive the injection needle and to release brewed beverage may also be used with the cartridge adapter.

A tie strap comprising a first end having a plurality of first apertures adapted to receive a medial region and to couple with a plurality of ribs defined thereon, a hooked or knobbed catch mechanism protruding from a distal portion of the first end, and a plurality of second apertures situated along the medial region adapted to receive the catch mechanism. The second apertures may be further adapted to receive the medial region and to couple with the ribs defined thereon.

The reusable packaging box includes a bottom unit that has a receiving space in which a product may be received, a lower body and an upper body that are provided to each have a box shape with open top and bottom to be coupled to a top of the bottom unit, and a lid that has a receiving space in which the product may be received and is coupled to the top of the upper body. A beverage container includes a recyclable, multilayered, polymer bottle covered by an ultraviolet-absorbent, biodegradable and removable overlay. The container is thus both suitable for light sensitive products, such as beer, and ecologically sound in design for recycling. In one embodiment the bottle is a polyethylene terephthalate bottle covered by a biodegradable plastic, upon which has been printed various materials desired by the producer or consumer. The biodegradable plastic is removed by the consumer before disposal to facilitate the recycling process.

A reusable shipping box with a shipping container state and a compacted state is disclosed. The reusable shipping box may comprise a lid that seals the shipping box, a base, and a set of four sidewalls. The shipping box may also comprises a zipper that: (i) zips down from the lid to the base between two adjacent sidewalk in the set of four sidewalls; (ii) is closed in the shipping container state; and (iii) is open in the compacted state. The shipping box may also comprises a cavity that is: (i) surrounded by the set of four sidewalls, the lid, and the base in the shipping container state; (ii) accessible via the lid when the shipping box is open; and (iii) collapsed in the compacted state.
