The invention discloses a double-clutch automatic transmission without a reverse gear shaft. The double-clutch automatic transmission comprises a clutch 1, a clutch 2, an input shaft 1, an input shaft 2, an output shaft 1, an output shaft 2 and a differential gear, wherein the input shaft 1 and the input shaft 2 are coaxial, the input shaft 2 rotates around the input shaft 1; the output shaft 1 is provided with a main reduction gear 2, a reverse gear driving gear, a first gear driven gear, a second gear driven gear, a third gear driven gear and a fourth gear driven gear; the output shaft 2 isprovided with a main reduction gear 2, a reverse gear, a fifth gear driven gear, a sixth gear driven gear and a seventh gear driven gear; the third gear and the fifth gear share one driving gear on the input shaft 2, the fourth gear and the sixth gear share the driving gear on the input shaft 1; and the clutch 1 controls the second gear, the fourth gear, the sixth gear and the reverse gear, and the clutch 2 controls the first gear, the third gear, the fifth gear and the seventh gear. By installing one reverse gear driving gear related to low gear on the output shaft 1 and one reverse gear driven gear on the output shaft 2, the reverse gear installation without the reverse gear shaft can be realized; and the transmission has compact structure, light weight and more reasonable speed ratios of gears, thus the transmission can fit more engines and complete vehicles.
