The invention discloses a local orthosis capable of individually manufacturing a malformed position, can reduce interference to other positions, has a simple wearing method and is comfortable for a patient to wear. The orthosis comprises a front plate, a rear plate, a connecting plate, a
helix baffle plate and an anthelix plate, wherein the front plate, the rear plate, the connecting plate, the
helix baffle plate and the anthelix plate are in integral forming; the anteroposterior view of the local orthosis is of a "sector" shape, and the section of the local orthosis is of a shape of n of which the opening faces leftwards. The orthosis shapes the
helix and the scapha through the main function of the front plate and the helix baffle plate; and through the main function of the rear plate andthe anthelix plate, the anthelix is shaped. The orthosis has a clipping and fixing function, the shapes of the helix, the scapha and the anthelix are effectively maintained, and the orthosis is unlikely to fall. auricle front side and side surface photos with scales; S2: carrying out modeling: according to the size of the
auricle and an anticipated corrected ear shape, designing the model of the orthosis; S3: carrying out
reverse modeling: designing a mould of the orthosis; S4: printingthe mould; and S5: carrying out glue filling and forming.
