An automatic detection and analysis method for complex eye based on image processing

The application discloses a complex eye automatic detection and analysis method based on image processing and belongs to the cross field of artificial intelligence and medical image processing. The method comprises the following steps: collecting a front face image, extracting an eye region image through an adaptive human eye detection network; acquiring a mascara, an iris mask and a sclera mask; judging whether it is a complex situation based on the mascara and the sclera mask; if it is a complex situation, fitting an upper eyelid curve, taking the mascara as a repair mask and adding a curve constraint, and obtaining a de-occlusion reconstructed eye image through an image reconstruction network; recognizing eye feature points and performing geometric measurement, and outputting eye feature data and a visual result. The processor extracts a first result value as output data for a first machine learning model by using an eye image of a subject as input data for the first machine learning model and determines whether sarcopenia of the subject occurs based on the first result value. The first result value includes an MRD1 value of the subject corresponding to the eye image, an upper eyelid edge location change value, an eye closing speed value, and an eye opening speed value.
