The invention relates to a non-unpacking
verification method for
industrial tool management equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a receiving request containing a target tool model identifier and calling a
verification reference set; collecting a
frequency deviation curve generated when the packaging box passes through the multi-axis coil and a shielding
timestamp sequence of a photoelectric node, and converting a transient
magneto-impedance module value curve after vector synthesis into a
spatial domain electromagnetic integral quantity in combination with the passing speed; obtaining an axial passing length according to the shielding
timestamp sequence; collecting the total
mass of the packaging box; the
spatial domain electromagnetic integral quantity is substituted into a regression model to deduce and predict the
metal quality, and then the estimated packaging quality is calculated by combining the total quality; and performing comprehensive judgment based on the
spatial domain electromagnetic integral quantity, the axial passing length, the total
mass and the estimated packaging quality, and outputting a
verification signal. The method has the advantages that the model and the integrity of the internal cutter can be accurately verified on the premise that the
package is not damaged, and environmental interference factors such as
package damp and falling postures are eliminated.
