The raw and auxiliary materials of the intermediate composition include 1-7 wt% of sodium ciprofloxacin, 92-98 wt% of lactose and not more than 1% of magnesium stearate, in terms of mass percentage fraction; the D 50 of the sodium ciprofloxacin is 1-5 microns; the D 50 of the lactose is 100-150 microns. The intermediate composition can be used for preparing the sodium ciprofloxacin inhalation powder aerosol, and can realize efficient delivery of the sodium ciprofloxacin, improve the delivery efficiency of the sodium ciprofloxacin at a target site, and reduce systemic side effects.
