Aquaculture water circulation purification method and device

The invention discloses an aquaculture water circulation purification method. The method comprises the following steps: by utilizing a circulating water pump, pumping aquaculture water in an aquaculture pond into a protein separator to carry out protein separation, wherein the ozone accounting for 20% to 30% of the total required ozone quantity is added when the water is pumped into the protein separator; enabling the aquaculture water treated by the protein separator to overflow into a biological mechanical filter to carry out mechanical filtration and biological decomposition; enabling the aquaculture water filtered by the biological mechanical filter to overflow into a disinfection treater to carry out secondary ozone treatment, wherein the ozone accounting for 70% to 80% of the total required ozone quantity is added when the water overflows into the disinfection treater; enabling the aquaculture water treated by the disinfection treater to overflow into an aeration tank to remove the ozone and other harmful gas; and enabling the aquaculture water treated by the aeration tank to overflow into the aquaculture pond. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being less in land occupation, small in civil engineering quantity, low in cost and energy-saving as well as environment-friendly. Water circulation treatment system of outdoor high-level shrimp tank

The invention discloses a water circulation treatment system of an outdoor high-level shrimp tank. The system comprises a filter, a protein separator, a denitrification degasser and an oxygen-increasing device. The filter, the protein separator and the denitrification degasser are communicated in turn. Cultivation water in the shrimp tank is subjected to solid-liquid separation, dissolved organicmatter separation and decomposition of poisonous ammoniacal nitrogen compound and nitrous acid compound in turn. The treated cultivation water back flows into the shrimp tank to be used. An aeration part of the oxygen-increasing device is positioned in the shrimp tank so that dissolved oxygen in the cultivation water is increased. The water circulation treatment system further comprises a dissolved oxygen detection pen arranged in the shrimp tank. The dissolved oxygen detection pen is used for transmitting a detected dissolved oxygen numerical value of the cultivation water to an electric control system. The electric control system is used for controlling the oxygen-increasing device according to a comparison result of the dissolved oxygen numerical value and a set value. The water circulation treatment system of the outdoor high-level shrimp tank disclosed by the invention is capable of promoting independent self-purification treatment of water for intraregional shrimp cultivation.

Protein separator for live fish transportation

The invention provides a protein separator for live fish transportation which is different from a traditional protein separator. The invention pumps waste water in a fish container and preprocessed cooling water into the separator body for confluence and mutual disturbance through two sets of ejectors connected in parallel (meanwhile, the ejectors inhale pure oxygen gas to fully blend with ejecting water flow according to the working principle of Venturi) and blend again with micro bubbles released from a dissolved oxygen aeration micropore pipe component, then rising turbulent water flow is generated after combined action.
