The invention provides a vibrating wire strain gauge data synchronous acquisition method, which comprises the following steps of: respectively installing a plurality of strain gauges needing synchronous acquisition at preset measurement positions of a structure, and respectively connecting each strain gauge to each channel of a data acquisition instrument; the acquisition parameters of each channel comprise excitation starting time T1 of the steel string, excitation ending time T2 of the steel string and a vibration data acquisition period T and Tlt; (T2-T1); carrying out vibration data acquisition work of the steel string; resampling and preprocessing the collected vibration data of the steel string to obtain synchronous strain data; and transmitting the synchronous strain data to a computer or a server through a communication interface. The technical problem of synchronous acquisition of the vibrating wire strain gauge can be effectively solved, synchronous data acquisition of the strain gauges of multiple points at different positions can be realized through resampling and hardware and software synchronization methods, the time consistency of data is ensured, and the method is suitable for solving a scene needing synchronous strain acquisition in an engineering structure.
