energy storage equipment at the t time period, h, calculating actual output power of the
energy storage equipment at the t time period, i, calculating an actual output power deviation of the
hybrid system at the t time period, j, calculating an immediate return value, k, determining charging and discharging states of the energy storage equipment at the t+1 time period, l, determining control action of the
hybrid system at the t+1 time period, m, correcting the Q value function, and n, finishing training if a specified learning
step number is reached, or else, allowing t to be equal to t+1 and Nn to be equal to Nn+1 and transferring to Step d. The method can realize reasonable control of the energy storage equipment, can lower wind storage expenses, and can reduce an influence of wind
electricity output
power fluctuation on operation of a
power grid.
